Calling all Ministries & Teams: Consider Hosting a Coffee Fellowship!
Each Sunday, we do love to have treats at Coffee Fellowship. So, we'd like to offer an opportunity for your teams or ministries to sponsor one or more Coffee Fellowships at the Buffalo Grove and/or Deerfield campus.
Here's how it could benefit your team/ministry:
What's required?
Here's how it could benefit your team/ministry:
- You will be highlighted as the Coffee Fellowship Sponsor in the bulletins when it's your turn.
- You can have the full space on the Coffee Fellowship tables to set up your goodies, but also to provide information about your team/committee. This is a great opportunity to invite people to join you with personal connection and invitation; bring a sign-up or info to share!
- You can strategically sign up for Coffee Fellowship Sundays ahead of events you might be having in order to promote your event and invite people to help or attend.
- There will be signs by the Coffee Fellowship tables highlighting your team/committee as well.
What's required?
- Coffee will be made and cleaned up, and water will be provided by staff at the BG campus. Making coffee is part of hosting Coffee Fellowship at DF.
- Coffee and treats can be, but do not have to be ready before the service begins; they should definitely be ready for when the service has concluded.
- Knowing how much to bring is always a "best guess" scenario! There is no right or wrong answer. Bring what you are able to provide and it will be fine, regardless.
- Tablecloths or table runners will be provided by the church. If you'd like to bring your own paper products to go with a theme, you certainly may, otherwise, napkins will be available from the church.
- Set up, service if necessary, and clean up are all expected to be supplied by you and your team.
- It can be as extravagant or as simple as you'd like. Homemade baked goods from Grandma's secret recipe, or a box of cookies on a plate.
