Welcome to Kingswood as we celebrate Memorial Day Weekend. This weekend is a sacred time of remembering all who have gone before us, but a special time to remember those who served our nation and sacrificed their lives. Our story as United Methodist Christians is a story of God’s love and grace. We continue our worship series today, Knowing Who We Are: The Wesleyan Way of Grace. Based on the book by Dr. Laceye C. Warner, professor at Duke Divinity School, we will explore the rich experiences and understandings we have as United Methodist followers of Jesus. We will explore grace, salvation, justice, mission and more. Today we talk about scripture, and how it guides and directs our lives and faith. Welcome!
